Polarized Neutron Scattering Magnet

HTS-110 is delighted to announce it has been awarded a contract to supply a low-fringe-field cryomagnet for Small Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) experiments with polarisation analysis at the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL).

The ILL is an international research centre at the leading edge of neutron science in Grenoble, France, providing scientists with a very high flux of neutrons feeding some 40 state-of-the-art instruments.

These are dedicated to research in both fundamental science and modern societal challenges , covering topics in biology, chemistry and materials science, as well as condensed matter, nuclear and particle physics.
